Refund & Cancellation Policy

Open your profile and use the billing card, or the customer portal link, to cancel. You keep Pro until the end of the period you have already paid for, and you are not charged again.

Play subscriptions can only be cancelled through Google: Play Store → Menu → Subscriptions → BeautyAI Studio → Cancel. The app links you straight there.

We cannot cancel or refund a Play purchase on your behalf; Google controls it.

Pro is a software subscription for enhanced customisable looks. It does not entitle you to any product from a retailer, so a problem with a product you bought elsewhere is a matter for that retailer, not a ground for a Pro refund.

UK and EU customers have a 14-day right to cancel a new subscription. Because Pro gives you immediate digital access, you agree that the service starts at once, and we may deduct a proportion for the days you used it.

Outside that window, we refund the current period if the service was materially broken for you. We do not refund an unused period simply because it went unused, but if you have just been charged for a renewal you did not want, contact us and we will sort it out.

Google Play purchases follow Google Play's refund policy; requests within 48 hours go through Google directly.

Free accounts include one complimentary Pro-quality makeover render and three saved looks. Those are free, so nothing is refundable there.
