Delete your BeautyAI Studio account & data

BeautyAI Studio is the app published by Pixel Perfect and operated at pixelperfecttool.com. This page explains how to permanently delete your account and the data linked to it.

Anyone with a BeautyAI Studio account can request deletion of that account and the personal data associated with it. When a deletion request completes, we permanently remove:

  • your account information and sign-in credentials
  • your beauty profile (tone, undertone, face shape, palette)
  • every saved look
  • your makeup bag products and preferences
  • your makeover render history and other app-related personal data

Photos. Pictures you upload for AI rendering are processed in memory and returned to you only — they are never stored on our servers, so nothing about them survives deletion.

What we must keep, and for how long

  • Billing and transaction records held by our payment providers (Stripe and Google Play) — retained for 6 years, as UK tax and accounting law requires. These cannot be erased on request.
  • Anti-abuse and security logs, which contain no beauty profile, photo or look content — retained for up to 90 days, then deleted automatically.

Everything else is fully deleted: deletion is not partial except for the two records above.

If you have an active Pro subscription, cancel it first — see the refund and cancellation policy. Deleting your account does not cancel a Google Play subscription.

Delete from inside the app

  1. Open BeautyAI Studio and sign in to your account.
  2. Tap “Delete your data” in the footer to return to this page.
  3. Type DELETE in the confirmation box below.
  4. Tap “Permanently delete my account”. Deletion happens immediately — there is no waiting period and no recovery.

If you cannot sign in, or you would rather we handle it, email support@pixelperfecttool.com from the address registered to your account. We confirm receipt and complete the deletion within 30 days.
