Delete your account & data

Deleting your account immediately and permanently removes:

• your account and sign-in credentials
• your beauty profile (tone, undertone, face shape, palette)
• every saved look
• your makeover render history

Photos you uploaded are never stored on our servers, so there is nothing to delete there. Billing records held by our payment providers are kept for the period tax law requires and cannot be erased on request.

If you have an active Pro subscription, cancel it first — see the refund and cancellation policy. Deleting your account does not cancel a Google Play subscription.
