Privacy Policy

Account data: your email address and display name, held so you can sign in and so your saved looks belong to you.

Beauty profile: the tone, undertone, face shape and palette values you choose. You enter these; we never infer them from a photo without you asking for an analysis.

Saved looks: the settings for looks you choose to save.

Photos: images you upload for a virtual try-on.

Usage data: a short record of which shop and voucher links you tap. It is kept in your own browser or app storage on your device, not on our servers, and you can clear it by clearing app data. When you follow an affiliate link, the retailer's affiliate network records the click for commission reconciliation.

A photo you upload is sent to our AI rendering provider to produce the makeup preview, and is used for nothing else.

We do not store your original photo or the rendered result on our servers, and we do not use your images to train any model.

The render happens only when you press the render button, and we record only that a render occurred (for your free-render allowance), never the image.

Contract: account, subscription and saved looks — we cannot provide the app without them.

Consent: photo upload and AI rendering. You give it by ticking the AI consent box before you upload; you withdraw it at any time with the same control, and there is nothing left to withdraw afterwards because no image is kept.

Legitimate interests: security, fraud prevention, and aggregate product analytics.

Our hosting and database provider, which stores your account and saved looks.

Our AI provider, which receives an uploaded photo only for the duration of a render.

Our payment providers (Stripe on the web, Google Play in the Android app), which handle payment data directly — we never see your card details.

Affiliate networks, which receive the fact of a click, never your identity.

We do not sell your personal data, and we never have.

Account data and saved looks: kept until you delete your account, then removed.

Photos: not retained.

Billing records: kept as long as tax law requires, typically six years.

You can access, correct, export or delete your data at any time. Deletion is self-service in the app at /legal/data-deletion and takes effect immediately.

If you are in the UK or EEA you may also complain to your data protection authority.
